You have to get a recording program and run it while you play the replay. The replays themselves use the World of Tanks EXE to run, they can't exist used every bit media files in themselves

1) Buy fraps.
ii) Run fraps, set up it to record
3) Play your replay, while fraps records information technology.
4) Trim your fraps recording then that only the replay is in the bodily video file and non you starting up the replay, etc
5) Upload the resulting video to youtube

Or, if you want the states to see your replay, only host the replay itself on a website similar mediafire or mwreplays. Much easier and quicker.

Download Fraps,(a screen recorder)
get through installation, and when done simply start fraps and the when you got information technology to record, play the replay or the game
and then upload the fraps video recording to youtube.

you lot see the replay file is only like 500k, while videos that are 15 mins are usualy 30mb. thats cause the replay file is not a video. its just a agglomeration of commands the reckoner recorded, and when you lot start the replay, the computer replicates the exact commands you made to make the verbal same game you played,
this, i find is very smart in saving space

If you want High Res HD content on Youtube, you demand to first record the replay with fraps at 30 fps and full size (if you have a 1080p HD monitor resolution).

Then use what ever movieeditor program, to convert the resulting Fraps raw footage into VMW or H.264 format.

I use the free Windows Alive Moviemaker for that conversion, with the following settings as recommended by Youtube for Hard disk drive content:
Width : 1920
Height : 1080
Bitrate : 50000
Audio : 384 kbit/s Stereo 44.1 Khz

Filesize wise  you are talking big files.
As an example, my latest video ( http://forum.worldof...p-daily-double/ ) of a battle lasting viii minutes and 9 seconds, had the following file sizes
Fraps RAW footage : 15.8 GB.
Converted to VMW : 1.61 GB.

Thank God for 100/100 Mbit/southward uncapped Fiber ;)

I tried Overwolf and found the video quality wasn't very good. Maybe there was a setting I missed merely I looked at em and didn't see where I could get amend quality. You lot can use Fraps for complimentary simply the free version is very express in how much fourth dimension you can tape in a single session.

Dunno how you missed like threads in forum search, seems like there is a question about this topic every month or so. Would be good if there was a sticky guide in the Replay section. I'd be happy to make i if I knew it would be a mucilaginous.

MSI Afterburner (http://consequence.msi.com...er/download.htm) is a gratis plan used for overclocking and monitoring computer vitals, merely they recently added a video recording feature. It's very good and easily rivals Fraps.

Here's a vid I recorded with information technology and compressed using SUPER (http://download-supe...essor.fyxm.net/), which is as well gratis, to convert it to a youtube-friendly format.

Now I don't have a 1080p monitor, but 720, so that's the best I can tape in. Here'south what I got taking a 20gb source video and compressed down to a 700k mp4.

Here'due south the video: http://www.youtube.c...LQ&feature=plcp

SUPER Settings:
Output to MP4
Video codec to H 264/AVC
Video Scale to NoChange
Frame/sec to thirty
Bitrate to 9792
Checked How-do-you-do Quality under Options
Left everything else default.

Is there whatsoever fashion to just get the performance boost or whatever the he11 that is and the recording role?

I only demand/want 720p.....I take a make new graphics card then I don't think that is too much to ask for.  Likewise, does anyone know how to send the rendered down fiel to others using e-mail? I need to settle a bet

it should be pretty straight forwards.

outset open up MSI afterburner.

What you'll see is a lot of useless junk, unless of course you're wanting to monitor your CPU clock speed or other such nonsense.

click on settings; this will be in the lower correct corner.

Get-go select which key you want to employ for video capture. I recommend a combo. I use "command"+ "numpad +"

get to video capture and choose what quality you want. I become for xc%. That gives me good quality without making the file size ridiculous.

xvi:9 720p is youtube high quality.

I'd ready the frame rate at 45. The higher the FPS y'all capture the bigger the file size. If yous go for 50 or 60 fps y'all may get inflated file sizes.

Don't bother limiting the FPS. It'll cap at 45 anyway if you lot followed the previous instructions.

next designated where you lot want recorded files to go. lilliputian straight forrard.

you an besides use a second audio source if you desire to record commentary (its a recent feature)

I'd recommend recording replays of battles instead of actual battles to save some CPU ability for displaying the game and recording at the aforementioned time for an optimal frame rate. I have been able to record gameplay live without any FPS problems but I'm non sure what your setup is.

Yous'll still stop up with 3 or five gigs worth of video file. Y'all'll need to shrink information technology down to a more manageable size. I recommend using xvid video codec. its free and simple to use. You lot can shrink video with virtual dub. its pretty neato.

My just trouble is finding a quality video editor. All versions of windows picture make seem to impale my video quality so I've taken leaving the majority of my work unedited. Supposedly virtual dub also doubles as an editor just its UI is clunky at best.

I want to record my replays, but the replay isnt compatible with the current client version. Is in that location a style to allow it to play the replay on the new client?

Non that I know of. Find the client version you need and download it of the web? Otherwise but say to hell with it and forget nearly that replay.
